RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT:
Received Incorrect
product or Damaged on arrival (DOA)
If you have purchased and
received the product from us, however it does not match the product description
shown on the eBay store or online shop where you have bought, received incorrect
product or damaged on arrival. You are required to return the product within 14 days after received
the product from us.
Once we have received
the item, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the
issue and to confirm that
if it was incorrectly dispatched, incorrectly described or damaged in transit.
If these circumstances, we will send you the correct product or replace an
identical
product you purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping (Original postage
for the product delivery to you in the first place) or any duties, taxes or VAT. We do not refund for any reason if you does not accept
replacement.
If
it is identified through the assessment process that there is no fault with the
product or it has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or abuse, we will reject the claim and return the
product to you at your
own cost.
